Users must report the technical issue to customer support within 24 hours of the missed session. If the technical issue is confirmed by the OurSoulss team, a refund or rescheduling will be provided.
2. No Refunds for Services Rendered
Refunds will not be issued for completed sessions. If you have attended a session with a therapist, counselor, or listener, no refund will be provided regardless of the outcome.
3. Process for Requesting a Refund
